We collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and country when you create an account. We also collect session notes, vocabulary words, and workspace entries created during your learning sessions.
Your information is used to provide English coaching services, schedule sessions, send reminders, process payments, and improve your learning experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with row-level security. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
We may send you session reminders, invoice notifications, and platform updates via email and push notifications. You can opt out of push notifications at any time in your browser settings.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data deletion, send a message through the platform or contact Michelle directly.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
